I have web host register and I have unlimited webspace. I just want to make a lot of revenue from adsense. So, I want a Forum.

there are website out there that let you add a forum to your website in google type in make a forum or something along those lines iam sure you will be able to find one out there.

The best free one is likely phpBB, but others are pretty close.

If you have 18 sites, it might be worth investing in vBulletin, which is very good. It's about $150.
