Everytime I want to buy a specific domain it is inevitably owned by someone else. The trouble is, when I look at their site I am usually met with a generic hosting park page that holds no content. I want to know what percentage of the registered domains on the internet aren't actually serving meaningful content. Cheers

sorry I didn't know any other way to ask you this :D, I have the codecs but the video starts acquiring license when I play it (it gets its license from a certain site)
