It is beyond just finding a web host. The money to get this business up and running is not in my pocket. Are there people or agencies that won't take advantage and take all my profits if they get me started? Who are they? This could be huge and I don't want to be stupid in the beginning and sign over something on accident that wouldn't allow me to collect my fair share when it gets big. I need help getting it from my head to up and running and don't know the first thing except I have a great idea and game plan.
How do I find funding or someone to help pay to get a great business idea from my head to reality.?

Also, if you have an idea that could be huge, put together an excellent business plan and start contacting the venture capital firms.
If a venture capital firm invests in your company, they will control it. They want to make money and will keep you on as the manager if you are the best person for the job.
They will also own most of the company. But I'd much rather own five percent of a billion dollar company than 100% of a small business.
If you go to a public library, a reference librarian can help you find a list of venture capital firms.
Good luck.

You will need to apply for a small business loan.
Reply:I wouldn't worry too much about signing over something just yet. There are a lot more people out there pitching the next great idea and a lot fewer people with money looking to invest.
Most likely, you don't have all the skills necessary to get this project off the ground properly so I would look to partner with people with the skills you need. Need money for a bunch of programming? Partner with a programmer, etc.
Once you get something off the ground even if it is small but is producing a profit finding money will be much much easier.
